I was the one who proposed said motion, and I thoroughly endorse it. I don't know how hard it would be to auto-create a isk selling report. The only down side is that it could be used by people with little to no morales to spam isk selling reports...

I believe it is simple trigonometry so you would just calculate the speed component which is perpendicular to the line connecting your two ships. If you were flying directly towards or away from a ship your transverse speed would be 0 no matter ho...
